Paddock to Table is expanding into a brand new facility which will be one of the biggest in Melbourne's West and we are looking for dedicated team members to come along and help us expand.
We pride ourselves on good old fashioned whole carcass butchery, sourcing produce from our own farm as well as local Victorian farmers.
**What we are looking for**
We are seeking a butcher who loves their trade and prides themselves on producing high quality products. You will be breaking down whole carcasses of beef, pork and lamb for our retail front.
To find success in this role we need someone who has a positive attitude, who can meet the high physical nature of the job as well as a good set of priority and organisational skills, who isn't afraid to get creative and give everything a go.
We are looking for someone who doesn't mind an early morning shift, 4-5 days per week. Discussion can be had around working days, we are open Monday - Saturday.
