This might include but is not limited to the following :You'll lead a major stream of this high-impact transformation, working side-by-side with the Program Director, senior executives, and cross-functional teams to bring a newly designed operating model to life.
This is about turning strategy into reality-aligning processes, people, data and systems to ensure operational readiness and a better student and staff experience.You'll :Lead a key delivery stream within the university-wide operating model redesignTranslate design into action : build implementation plans, metrics, and transition strategiesDrive readiness activities across teams, ensuring they're enabled to operate in the new modelCollaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and student services to ensure capability, process and cultural alignmentUse lean, agile, and customer-first thinking to guide decisions and unblock challengesDefine success measures and track improvement in outcomes-particularly around service and student experienceWork in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with a clear focus on deliveryRequired Qualifications :Strong experience as a Senior PM or Squad Lead in enterprise-wide changeOperating model delivery experience, not just design-especially through to operationalisationExperience in complex, mission-driven sectors such as education, health, government, transport or defenceProven ability to manage operational readiness, change impacts, and cross-stream dependenciesMetrics-and outcome-focused, with a continuous improvement / lean mindsetAgile and flexible working style-you bring clarity without clinging to rigid frameworksStrong stakeholder engagement skills and comfort with ambiguity in large organisationsA passion for making things work on the ground, not just on paperWho are you joining?
