Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, handling, and storage of goods.
* Lead and support warehouse staff, including labour hire, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Manage inventory control, conduct stocktakes and investigate discrepancies.
* Train and develop team members to foster a strong, customer-focused culture.
* Maintain warehouse layout efficiency and manage equipment maintenance.
* Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies, promoting a safe working environment.
About You - The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in warehouse or inventory operations with proven supervisory skills.
* Strong focus on safety and team leadership.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., eCos, Pronto) is a plus.
* A can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team.
* Capability to perform physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment (forklift license preferred).
* Minimum Year 10 education; Certificate IV in Warehousing highly desirable.
