We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customer-facing digital and physical products that connect people through powerful experiences. In this role, you’ll define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and lead go-to-market thinking for a suite of innovative offerings across multiple brands. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer insight, digital capability, and commercial impact—working closely with marketing, digital, operations, and agency partners to bring products to life. What you’ll do Own the product strategy and roadmap, balancing customer needs, business value, and delivery feasibility Lead the development and optimisation of digital-first experiences alongside complementary physical products Use data, insights, and customer feedback to prioritise features and drive continuous improvement Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strong adoption, clear communication, and consistent execution Keep a sharp eye on market trends, competitors, and emerging technology to future-proof the portfolio What you’ll bring 7-10 years experience as a Product Manager Product Marketing Manager or Senior Product Owner on customer-facing products A strong track record in digitally led and non-digital environments with measurable customer experience improvements Confidence influencing stakeholders and leading through collaboration rather than authority Deep understanding of Agile product development and roadmap management A customer-centric mindset, innovative thinking, and clear, compelling communication skills Why join?
