We require an experienced fire service system technician for Routine Maintenance, Essential Fire Service Installations and Repairs on a full-time basis.
Fire Service Plus is a locally family owned business who just joined forces with Canberra Fire Protection.
* Experience in the Fire Industry is essential
* Proficient understanding of the Australian Standards (AS 1851-2012)
* Fire Detection knowledge will be highly regarded
* To be willing to work hard and be part of a successful team
* To be able to work autonomously
* To be able to communicate and liaise with customers and fellow employees in a professional manner
* To be able to stay away overnight as required
* To be able to travel our large portfolio on a daily basis
* To hold a current:
* Drivers Licence
* Construction/ White Card
* Police Criminal Check
* Working With Children Check
* Asbestos Certificate
* Silica Certificate
A fully equipped and maintained company vehicle is provided as well as uniforms & phone for company use.
Must reside in the Canberra Region, travel will be required within the role.
