Sales Manager (Scale-Up Leadership)

About the role
We are, an AI-driven loan brokerage and software provider. We are a startup, we move fast, and we are looking for someone to take full ownership of our sales floor and broker performance. We are looking for someone hungry, smart, and strategic who wants their big break. Someone who wants to be a true "Sales Manager" who builds the playbook, rather than just a middle manager maintaining the status quo in a big corporate bank.

This is an in-person role.

What you'll be doing
You will be given total autonomy to build and optimise our sales function from the ground up.

* The Playbook:
You will audit our current sales process and build a scalable "sales engine", defining the scripts, follow-up cadences, customer touch points and nurture journeys and objection-handling structures that win.
* Team Leadership:
You will manage, mentor, and fire-up our team of finance brokers. You aren't just looking at spreadsheets; you are on the floor listening to calls, coaching live, and driving energy.
* The Shift:
We are moving from "traditional broking" to "AI-assisted broking." You will help the team bridge the gap between human connection and our AI lead-generation tools (AILO, Agents, Auto Complete Engine/Ask AILO) to speed up settlements.
* Revenue Growth:
You will own the number. You will design high-impact incentives and KPI structures that align with our growth targets and keep the team hungry.

Who you are

* Sales Leadership is a must.
You have 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams (specifically in Finance/Broking). You don't just know how to sell; you know how to teach
others
to sell.
* You are a builder.
You don't need a manager standing over your shoulder telling you how to run a sales meeting. You see a conversion gap in the funnel, and you build a training session or process to fix it.
* Tech-Forward.
You understand that modern sales requires modern tools. You are comfortable mastering our CRM and teaching brokers how to use AI to work smarter, not harder.
* Bonus points:
If you have experience scaling a team during a "hyper-growth" phase or have deep expertise in Lending or Asset Finance (Cars/Equipment), we definitely want to talk to you.
