Residential Youth Worker
This is a permanent part-time position, working 53 hours per fortnight. You will be based in Kealba and have the opportunity to work with young people in care.
The role involves fostering positive relationships with the young people, providing a safe and nurturing home environment, and supporting your colleagues. As a residential youth worker, you will require a strong ability to manage crises, provide travel support, and maintain a well-organized home environment.
You will need either a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care) or a relevant tertiary qualification with a willingness to undertake top-up training to meet the qualification requirements of the Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have either a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care) or a relevant tertiary qualification. You must also be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
