Product Manager Ongoing (full time) Sydney This role is a salary Grade 09/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $129,464 - $142,665 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience. About the Role The Product Manager oversees and develops the Microsoft productivity products and other corporate supprting technologies of INSW to continually create technologically enabled lines of business which deliver on INSW’s vision of an Infrastructure legacy for NSW. The Product Manager ensures that best practice applications and products are available, aligned, and being developed to more strongly support the ways of working of the INSW business. They work with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology product outcomes and manage the process of delivering those outcomes with vendors and internal resources. Some of the key accountabilities include: Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development and implementation for a range of projects and initiatives which deliver new business value through the reuse of common technology products and platforms. Translate user and business needs and expectations into written requirements or user stories, and to ensure those requirements are met by projects. Deliver and enhance technology products which create or extend business value, including technical change, business change release management and training. Manage and oversee the delivery of IT projects executed internally or by third parties and service providers. Provide change management and training to business areas to support new or enhanced products and integrate those products into the operations and ITSM processes of INSW. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated significant experience in the planning, management or delivery of IT projects. Strong understanding of major technology platforms and products, including the Microsoft productivity suite. Experience managing and communicating a diverse technology portfolio to business stakeholders. High level verbal and written communications skills including the ability to draft briefs, project reports and technical documents for the information and understanding of a diverse range of stakeholders.
