Customer Service Officer – SAP
* Rate: AUD$37.13 per hour (casual)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
* Duration: 3 to 6 month project
* Location: Smithfield
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with call centre or outbound call experience to join a large FMCG for a 3–6 month product recall project. This role involves following up on a database and updating information – no sales. The position starts ASAP.
Responsibilities
* Previous experience in a call centre environment, handling high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
* Support and collaborate with the greater Customer Service Team.
* Service outbound calls to customers, providing timely support and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Co‐operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
Qualifications & Skills
* At least 1–2 years in a similar customer service role.
