In this role, you will oversee a talented team of Sales Engineers specializing in AI security solutions. You'll play a critical part in managing relationships with clients and partners, ensuring that they are well-informed about our cutting-edge AIDR platform. Your focus on coaching and mentoring will help foster a skilled team capable of navigating be pivotal in driving innovative solutions and contributing to the overall mission of enhancing cybersecurity across various sectors.

Accountabilities

* Manage a team of Sales Engineers focused on cybersecurity solutions.
* Ensure effective technical field sales coverage for assigned territories.
* Mentor and develop the skills of Sales Engineers.
* Collaborate with leadership to establish strategic plans. in relationship-building activities with customers and partners.
* Provide expert guidance on complex technical issues.
* Lead product demonstrations and early customer engagements.
* Document innovative customer use cases for internal resources.
* Work collaboratively in a remote-first environment to support global clients.

Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in consulting or sales engineering, especially in security incident response.
* 2+ years of direct management experience, preferably with remote teams.
* Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and AI Security concepts.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficient problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach.
* Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR is a plus.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Familiarity with best practices in cyber risk mitigation.
