We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to provide clinical and operational leadership across a range of child and family mental health programs, including the GOT IT team, Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH), Family-Focused Recovery, and under-12 CAMHS clinicians.

This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to guide multidisciplinary teams, support early intervention, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families. * Nurse Manager Grade 2
* Senior Psychologist
* About the Role
* In collaboration with theCAMHS Service Manager, the Team Leader will offer expert guidance, supervision, and coordination to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered across all programs. The role also includes maintaining a clinical caseload, allowing for hands-on engagement with children and families. You will work between Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no evening, weekend, or shift work required.
* Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical supervision, leadership, and operational oversight across multiple child and family mental health programs.
* Manage a caseload while also fulfilling team leadership and service coordination duties.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, clinical governance, risk management, and relevant legislation.
* Liaise and consult with internal teams, external agencies, and partner organisations to promote integrated, family-centred care.
* Support staff development, performance planning, and professional obligations across all program areas.
* Uphold culturally safe and trauma-informed practices, particularly in work involving Aboriginal children and families

About You

* Tertiary qualifications in mental health-related discipline: Social Worker eligible for membership of AASW; Registered Nurse, Registered Psychologist, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with three years of registration. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in clinical practice, multidisciplinary supervision of clinical staff, team coordination and conflict resolution.
* Experience taking a lead role in service development planning and quality improvement including documenting the process, report writing and evaluation of activities/initiatives.
* Demonstrated partnership building and negotiation skills with a broad range of service providers eg. FACS, NDIS, NGOs and other health service departments.
