As a skilled Metal Fabricator (Welder), you will play a vital role in the fabrication and assembly of custom architectural metalwork.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication.

You will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. This includes performing MIG, TIG, and ARC (Stick) welding to industry standards and ensuring all fabricated components meet quality and safety regulations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication and welding
* Strong understanding of Australian Standards and workplace safety requirements
* Experience working with custom architectural metalwork is highly regarded


Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a salary between $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.

* Fabrication and welding of steel, aluminium, and stainless steel components for architectural structures
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication

* Performing MIG, TIG, and ARC (Stick) welding to industry standards
* Ensuring all fabricated components meet quality and safety regulations
