* Deliver consistent, high-quality care, with strong counselling and follow-through
* Support clinical operations for around 3 hours per week on average, by implementing agreed clinical standards, documentation, and practical training
* Work closely with our Clinical Director, the final authority on clinical standards and philosophy, while you help turn direction into clear, usable day-to-day systems
* Contribute to service improvement and team development in a respectful, supportive way
You will bring
* Hold a QP qualification and maintain an active membership with Audiology Australia (or equivalent)
* A Masters in Audiology is required as the specific QP qualification for this role
* 10+ years' experience in adult rehabilitation audiology
* Strong clinical judgement, patient communication, and reliability
* Experience creating and maintaining practical clinical procedures, templates, and documentation that a team can enjoy using
* Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or guiding clinicians and support staff
* Detailed understanding of Hearing Services Program compliance and practice
* Australian working rights
Nice to have
* Motivational Interviewing skills
* Formal service improvement experience
* Comfort with tools like CounselEAR, Heidi (AI scribe), Aurical, MedRx, ChatGPT, and Microsoft 365
What we offer
* A values-led, community-connected independent clinic
* Remuneration is competitive and aligned to experience and scope
* The chance to help expand our services, including cochlear implant work in the near term and vestibular testing as we grow. Relevant experience is well regarded
* A role built around best-practice care and ethical growth, without pressure-based selling
* Real scope to shape quality and consistency, while staying hands-on clinically
* A respectful, friendly workplace where people back each other
