The Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our organization as a Customer Service Officer.
* Achieve daily sales targets by converting prospective customers into ongoing subscriptions.
* Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective customers and guests.
* Maintain current knowledge of all center services and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policies.
* Apply sound cash-handling principles and use of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
