RPS is seeking a qualified and experienced client-side Project Manager to join our team in Alice Springs, working on NT Government and other client projects.
This role offers scope, autonomy, challenge, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and a place at the front line on major projects. You will be part of our continued success, with a challenging and rewarding role where your efforts will be recognised, and success is celebrated.
What You'll Need To Succeed
* 5+ years of demonstrated recent construction project experience with client project experience desirable.
* Professional qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management or similar.
* A good understanding and proven experience in managing construction contracts and contract administration, with managing contractor contract experience highly desirable.
* Good client and stakeholder management, as well as leadership skills.
* Well-developed spoken and reporting/writing skills with strong competence in computer software including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with Microsoft Project desirable.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* Completed construction site health and safety course.
* AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent viewed favourably.
