We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to lead our culinary operations. As a senior chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, cost estimation, and kitchen management.
Responsibilities:
* Create menus that balance flavor, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness
* Supervise staff, oversee daily kitchen operations, and maintain quality control
* Collaborate with managers to resolve food preparation issues
* Train and mentor junior chefs in cooking techniques
* Prepares and cooks meals according to menu specifications
* Ensures compliance with food safety regulations

* Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently
* Distribute tasks through daily prep lists
Qualifications:
A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, combined with at least three years of relevant experience, may substitute formal qualifications. A minimum of two years of prior experience as a chef is required.
