Job Description
As a senior educational leader, you will provide strategic guidance across curriculum development and audits for early learning centres (ELC) and outside school hours care (OSHC) services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead national curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational outcomes
* Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Design and deliver professional learning programs to support educators
* Develop and implement strategies to improve educator capability in managing challenging behaviours
* Collaborate with centre-based teams to strengthen documentation, learning evidence, and assessment and rating readiness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Educational Leader, teacher, or senior educational administrator
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP), Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), and Assessment and Rating (A&R) processes
* Demonstrated ability to improve documentation and curriculum planning
* Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational, auditing, and attention-to-detail capabilities
