Key Responsibilities Provide expert cultural advice to support Muslim victim-survivors, children, youth, and people using violence (PUV)Deliver culturally sensitive, faith-aware, and trauma-informed guidance across integrated family violence servicesStrengthen access to support for Muslim communities and improve safety and wellbeing outcomesPromote cultural humility and inclusive practice within multidisciplinary teamsAdvocate against systemic and interpersonal racism and biasBuild and maintain stakeholder relationships across complex service environmentsSupport practitioners in working effectively with both victim-survivors and perpetrators Work Locations 1 day at Werribee Orange Door2 days at Broadmeadows Orange Door1 day at the organisation's Melbourne office (Thursday)1 day working from home (Friday) About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Identify as Muslim, with a strong faith background Training in the MARAM Framework Lived experience and cultural knowledge to support inclusive, community-led responses Strong understanding of the family violence system and dynamic risk factors Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse services and advocate for culturally responsive practice Why work with Tradewind?
