Job Description:
As a key member of our Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our supplier strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our suppliers and fostering strong relationships with them. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, as you will be working closely with various teams across the organisation to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strategic support to supplier commercial leads and business owners using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and elevate supplier performance.
* Uplifting and monitoring supplier performance through intelligent dashboards and predictive analytics, transforming raw data into compelling stories that inform governance decisions.
* Coodinating and managing commercial and risk projects, ensuring the organisation remains protected from exposure—supported by proactive, insight-led reporting.
* Collaborating with relationship managers to streamline supplier performance monitoring through enhanced governance reporting and storytelling that resonates with stakeholders.
* Liaising with relevant teams to understand and deliver group initiatives, including framework-related changes, ensuring data is used to communicate impact and progress effectively.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the technology business and the wider organisation—using data to foster trust, influence decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
