The Cosmo Mine is located 160 km from Darwin. The project is focused on site rehabilitation and exploration activities. .

SUPPLY OFFICER
The role is DIDO from Darwin, working a 5/2 day shift roster. Travel time during company time.
The primary purpose of this position is the coordination of purchasing, warehousing and inventory control functions to ensure the provision of high quality support for NT Mining Operations' business activities.
Reporting to the Senior Health and Safety Advisor, your duties will include:
* Upholding appropriate service and conduct standards when dealing with all stakeholders.
* Responsible for managing all inward and outward freight movements
* Accurate receiving of goods and receipting into Pronto
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse
* Ensuring the appropriate storage of all materials in safe, secure locations.
* Stocktaking and identification/investigation of anomalies between physical and recorded stock levels.
* Accurate and timely completion of month end and other reporting requirements
* Act in accordance with site standards, policies and procedures at all times
The successful candidate should possess the following:
* Current Forklift LF License
* Current manual drivers licence
* Computer literate with good data entry skills
* Knowledge of mining equipment and processes
* Experience with warehouse / ERP systems (Pronto desirable)
* Pro-active, self-starter capable of working alone or in a small team environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational/planning skills.
