Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to lead day-to-day operations and customer service at our site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
2. Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
3. Support operations and administration team with daily tasks
4. Assist with staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and training records
5. Perform reception duties as needed
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or office administration (logistics background is an asset)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
* Proficient in MS Office
* Commitment to safety and following processes
