This is a multi-varied position where you will: Deliver direct nursing and midwifery care on a shift-by-shift basis. Assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and coordinate services across disciplines. Support new and less experienced staff, including students and Enrolled Nurses. Provide health promotion and education to patients, families, and the community. Participate in quality improvement activities that enhance patient safety and care outcomes.
