**The Opportunity**
They are looking for a Client Services Officer to support their accounting team.
Your duties may include:
- Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Maintain and update software systems with client information
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time
- Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete
**About You**
- Previous work experience within an Accounting practice
- Previous ASIC experience
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
