Civil Construction Plant Operations Trainer
About the Role:
You will be delivering training and assessment for a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations and a Certificate II in Civil Construction. Delivery is through TAG operated RTOs, including Mining Transport and Construction Services Pty Ltd (RTO ID) and Australian Business and Vocational Training (RTO ID). The role includes both theory and practical activities.
* Undertake duties related to training and assessing the accredited courses offered by TAG according to the organisation's policies and procedures.
* Provide training, facilitation, and feedback that engages and supports students to progress through their course as per their training plan or schedule.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for trainers who possess a strong industry background with minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction plant operations. Relevant vocational industry currency is essential. You should have a proven ability to deliver engaging classroom-based instruction while having excellent communication skills.
