About the Role:
We are seeking committed and enthusiastic Chef's (CDP's, Pastry Chef, Commis Chef) to join our kitchen brigade. This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate cook looking to grow their skills in a supportive and professional environment, working closely with an experienced and creative team.
Responsibilities:
Support daily food preparation and service across a variety of sections.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Assist senior chefs with mise en place, prep, and plating.
Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.
Show eagerness to learn, take feedback constructively, and contribute positively to the team.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen or relevant culinary training.
Minimum of 3+ years professional kitchen experience required.
A passion for food and a genuine desire to develop professionally.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and remain calm under pressure.
Interest in working with local, seasonal ingredients in a creative kitchen.
Drivers license and own car recommended.
Valid Australian work visa required for this position.
Additional Information:

Casual and Full-Time roles available.
Start dates in March 2026.
