Job Description
Aged Care Financial Leader is sought to oversee financial operations across the network.
This pivotal leadership role reports directly to the CFO, responsible for financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
* Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and governance across the organization.
* Lead cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
* Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, including M&A, capital projects, and risk management.
* Ensure effective oversight of outsourced bookkeeping and accounting functions.
* Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.

You Will Bring
* Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior financial management role (experience in healthcare or aged care desirable).
* CPA, CA, or equivalent, with a Master's in Finance or other advanced qualifications highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* High-level analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
