Group Business Partnering Manager (Head of FP&A & Business Partnering)
A$190,******–A$210,****** per year, plus a 12.5% bonus and superannuation.
Location: New South Wales, Australia (Castle Hill, Sydney).
Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing finance business partnering team of 3, develop, retain, and coach the team.
Partner with group executive leaders to provide actionable insights on operating results and KPIs, driving performance improvements.
Own the annual budget process, prepare board reports and support the budget process.
Implement a dynamic monthly 18-month rolling forecast system, maintain rigorous control over change logs and databases, ensure forecasts are accurate and up-to-date.
Drive business strategy development, deliver strategic thought leadership through financial analysis.
Provide high-quality, data-driven financial analysis for executive and senior leadership, support the group 5-year strategy.
Qualifications
Group FP&A management experience in a medium-large, complex organisation.
Exceptional business partnering skills, direct liaison with C-suite executives.
Directly managed a team of 2–3+ people.
Full P&L responsibility.
A passion for using AI to solve problems and increase efficiencies across the business.
Hold a bachelor's degree combined with a CA/CPA qualification.
ASX-listed experience is an added bonus but not essential.
