Salary: $69,000 per annum plus superannuation

Role Overview: As a Cook at Bistrot, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding food quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards and contributes to the overall success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu and quality standards.
* Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Assist in menu development and recipe creation as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
* Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for cooking and a commitment to high-quality food preparation.
