The Position
* Based in Brisbane area you will be responsible for the direction and leadership of the onsite catering team.
* You will be responsible for the provision of catering services focusing on quality menu design, food preparation and service, innovation, an awareness of food trends and industry standards, nutrition, customer service and satisfaction.
* Supported by a team of loyal and committed staff you will be responsible in coordination for the operational and financial performance of this business.
* Your hands on approach to managing the business will ensure your success, as will your willingness to go the extra mile in order to deliver results.
* Engaging with a number of clients and customers your excellent communication and diplomacy skills will smooth the way to deliver operational excellence.

* You will bring your ideas and demonstrate strength in creating culinary benchmarks in modern flavours, presentation and local produce.
* A natural leader with a unique approach to education catering bringing flair, warmth and outstanding cuisine in a friendly casual setting.
* Your experience in the delivery of corporate style functionsis imperative as is your ability to navigate a team to success through leadership, training and safety compliance.
* You will be an energetic, progressive, creative professional who will remain pragmatic andfocusedin an ever changing and challenging environment.
* The ability to foster close and positive working relationships with staff, key clients and customers is essential as are sound verbal and written communication skills.
