Our client is seeking two distinct, but complementary, Project Managers.
* Project Manager - Engineering / Capital Works
* Project Manager - Project Lifecycle
Start date: End February/Beginning March
Location: Eastern suburbs
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: $70-$80 per hour based on experience
Working hours: Full time, flexible working hours
2 days working from home per week available upon managers approval.

About the ePMO (Enterprise Project Management Office)
The Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) is integral in providing governance, frameworks, tools, and specialist advice to enable the effective delivery of projects ranging from General to Transformational. The ePMO supports advocacy, capital, and organisational projects while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence. These roles will support a critical period of transformation.
Role Overview
* Take handover of active projects and support delivery through the full project management lifecycle
* Contribute to the development and uplift of the enterprise Project Management Framework
* Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver education, change management, and capability uplift
* Establish and enhance PMO tools, templates, and resources to support consistent project delivery
* Develop and maintain project management documentation and reporting
* Deliver regular portfolio and project reports to Management
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to align with PMO requirements
* Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Role 1: Project Manager - Engineering / Capital Works Focus
This role has a strong focus on civil, building, and infrastructure projects.
Key additional responsibilities include:
* Managing projects involving civil construction, building works, and infrastructure delivery
* Developing capital project frameworks with a strong emphasis on engineering outcomes
* Supporting contractor management, technical risk management, and construction-related governance
* Providing specialist advice on capital works project delivery and engineering risks
* Supporting the development of PMO practices aligned to capital and infrastructure projects
This role is ideal for a Project Manager with strong experience in engineering, civil construction, or capital works environments.
Role 2: Project Manager - Project Lifecycle / Enterprise Focus
This role focuses on end-to-end project lifecycle management and enterprise uplift.
Key additional responsibilities include:
* Managing a range of corporate projects and capital initiatives
* Driving consistency and efficiency across the project lifecycle
* Supporting enterprise-wide adoption of project management practices
This role is suited to a Project Manager with strong experience across project governance, lifecycle management, and organisational change.
