You will strategically partner with internal stakeholders to ensure we hire the right legal talent to meet client demands and provide career-enhancing opportunities for our lawyers.

Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Proactively source and recruit industry-leading talent by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through direct sourcing, market research, and ongoing relationship management.
* Conduct thorough preliminary interviews and evaluate attorney candidates using professional judgment.
* Ensure timely completion of candidate correspondence and manage the lawyer hiring strategy to maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates.
Talent Management:
* Partner with a group of 25-40 legal professionals in defined practice areas to provide a best-in-class experience for clients and lawyers.
* Manage all legal professionals from hire to retirement, ensuring a high-quality lawyer and client experience.
* Deliver against client requests for Talent, identifying relevant professionals and working with Sales and Clients to close engagements.
* Identify talent to fulfill client opportunities within specific practice areas, contributing directly to revenue and growth.
Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing firm or in-house for a company.
* Experience in the legal industry is beneficial but not required.
* Strong interviewing capabilities and ability to assess candidate skills and suitability efficiently and quickly.
* Deep sense of urgency, pace, and drive to match legal talent with client opportunities.
* Poise, confidence, and gravitas to interact with experienced legal professionals.
* Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changes.
* Excellent systems skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
