Job Description:
We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of a Senior HR Business Partner. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic human resources solutions that align with business objectives, address workforce challenges, and drive organisational performance.
* Develop collaborative relationships with client portfolio leaders and their teams by understanding their business needs and providing contemporary human resources and consultancy services to ensure delivery of best practice people strategies and solutions.
* Operate as a strategic partner to deliver technical and strategic human resources advice and recommendations across areas such as workforce planning, performance management, complex issue resolution, and HR programs and policy.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting managers and employees, providing expert advice on employment framework, conduct and performance issues, and HR policies.
* Provide expert advice and recommendations on appropriate management and resolution of employment matters including employee grievances, attendance management, performance and conduct matters.
* Support case management activities relating to complex conduct and performance or health management matters.
* Undertake research and analysis to provide best practice, contemporary advice that aligns to the public sector employment framework.
