About the role
* Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on plant and equipment
* Diagnose mechanical faults and implement solutions efficiently
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
* Assist with equipment installation and commissioning
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Trade qualification in Fitting/Mechanical or equivalent experience
* Experience with industrial machinery and equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and record-keeping skills

Skills And Experiences
* Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
* Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment
* Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
* Knowledge of industrial tools, machinery, and materials
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
* Competent in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and reporting skills
* Understanding of workplace health and safety standards
Desirable Skills:
* Welding, fabrication, or electrical experience
* Experience in PLCs, pneumatics, or hydraulics
* Forklift or heavy machinery operation license
