About the role
* You will deliver confident, person‐centred care alongside Registered Nurses and Midwives, staying accountable to Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards while supporting both inpatient and outpatient patients through every stage of their care journey.
* With strong clinical judgement and a calm, collaborative approach, you will take on delegated responsibilities, support unregulated healthcare workers, and help maintain a safe, responsive, and well‐coordinated clinical environment.
* You will continue building your expertise while supporting others, sharing knowledge, contributing to patient education, and fostering a positive, team‐focused culture of learning and growth.
* Working closely with the interdisciplinary team and under the guidance of the Registered Nurses and Midwives, you will contribute to quality improvement, evidence‐based practice, and ongoing service development that strengthens care outcomes across the community.
About you
* It is a mandatory requirement to hold current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and, while not mandatory, relevant degrees or qualifications are highly regarded.
* You practice with integrity and accountability, ensuring every person's rights, dignity, confidentiality, and independence are upheld while contributing confidently to care planning alongside the wider healthcare team.
* With strong clinical judgement, you interpret information from multiple sources to provide timely, evidence‐based care, using clear communication and accurate documentation to support continuity and quality of care.
* You are committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, actively engaging in quality improvement, evidence‐based practice, and ongoing development to strengthen outcomes for patients and the service.
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $99,495 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $41.44 - $43.98 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
