About the role
A great opportunity for a Project Supervisor to join our team on a full time basis.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
* A strong focus on safety and quality outcomes.
* Ensure the successful delivery of projects across our client base
* Liaise with leading hands and work crews to ensure compliance to safety, client specifications & quality
* Liaise with client representatives
* Meet client reporting requirements and expectations
* Provide feedback to management team around schedule, quality, cost control and maintenance Issues
* Management of personnel, plant and equipment resources
* Implement and manage Integrated Management System
* Mine Site based work

Skills and experience
Must have:
* Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (including successful completion of LGIRS Exam, formerly DEMIRS)
* Civil and/or Maintenance backed candidate
* Previous experience in the role or similar
* Certificates relevant to the role
* Excellent communication & organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Valid construction card
* Full current WA licence
* Able to multitask and be self sufficient
* Able to manage multiple work fronts
* Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol and pre-employment medical
* Be physically fit & capable of working in extreme heat conditions
