Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Operations Lead to oversee the technical aspects of our business operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Technical Operations Across Teams: Act as primary technical lead between ERP, CRM, and Integration teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution of tasks related to Salesforce, ERP systems, and integrations within our software development life cycle processes.
* Salesforce Administration & Customization: Oversee technical configuration and customization of our Salesforce platform, including managing data models, automation (Salesforce Flow, Process Builder), custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components), and ensuring alignment with our operational needs.
* Release & Team Management: Develop and track detailed project plans that outline technical milestones, deadlines, and dependencies between teams. Ensure all technical deliverables are met on time and to specification.
Responsibilities include: maintaining consistency and quality across competing pressures, overseeing planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support for all Salesforce-related tasks, system integrations, and custom solutions, ensuring proper documentation and reporting, managing data models and data flow, resolving technical issues, and overseeing performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of technical project management skills, experience working with teams domestically and internationally, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail and organizational skills.
Certifications Required: Salesforce Administrator Certification, Platform Developer I Certification, Netsuite Suite Foundation, Non-Profit Cloud or NPSP Certification, Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification, and Platform App Builder Certification. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is also required.
Preferred Skills: DevOps level understanding of Salesforce structure and data, familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce, and knowledge of NetSuite and Concur.
