Home Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to join our team as a Home Maintenance Specialist. The role involves carrying out day-to-day responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void works across occupied and unoccupied properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out all aspects of carpentry including doors, frames, kitchens, flooring, skirting, groundworks, general repairs;
* Undertake repairs and maintenance in social housing properties;
The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 Carpentry/Plumbing qualification along with proven experience working as a carpenter ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance sector.
