About the Role This newly created role will be responsible for developing and executing on a customer-led, brand and marketing communications strategy for Vinidex. Managing a small team, the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager is expected to be hands-on and work collaboratively to drive a results approach to marketing programs, designed to raise brand awareness, generate leads and deliver on business objectives. Responsibilities include: Create a brand presence for Vinidex, by executing on an innovative brand strategy that effectively builds trust and a point of difference for the brand in a homogenous market. Custodian of the Vinidex brand, ongoing. Develop and execute on a marketing communications strategy for Vinidex that supports major product launches; educates and informs the market about Vinidex products & systems; supports growth initiatives; and generates a strong funnel of sales leads. Caretaker for Vinidex's digital marketing assets and platforms. This role will be required to manage the redevelopment of Vinidex's website, management of social media; performance marketing; delivery of a Marketing DAM and PIM capability and increase the effective use of our marketing automation system (Marketo). Design and produce marketing and sales support material, across a range of mediums including trade and industry events. Although this role will work closely with external agencies, there is a strong requirement to be hands-on and execute through delivery as much as through management. About You Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field. Experience in managing people and developing talent. Strong previous B2B and/or B2B4C experience in a product/marketing management Proven track record for successfully developing and delivering brand and marketing communication strategies to drive business growth using both traditional and digital marketing channels. Sound digital marketing knowledge and experience across various platforms including, but not limited to Marketo, Google Analytics, Wordpress. Experience with delivering Marketing DAM and developing PIM & BIM capability would be viewed favourably.
