We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized finance professional to join our team as a finance administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in accounts administration or recent graduates looking to develop their career in finance.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 4 years' experience in an accounts administration role, previous mining industry experience is desirable but not essential. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills are required along with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Create and Maintain Jobs within Greentree ERP
* Customer Invoicing
* Compiling EOM reports for Supervisors and Management
* Assist with debtor recovery and queries
* Maintaining the WIP report to a high level of accuracy
* Manage the insurance requirements for assets
* Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
* Ad hoc duties and assisting the finance team for annual leave cover
The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle conflicting priorities and build strong relationships with our team members. Experience with Green Tree is advantageous but not essential.
