About the Role:
As Electrical Supervisor you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar farms. This full time role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, with excellent career growth potential in the rapidly expanding solar industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of all O&M; staff & work activities
- Supervision of the operation of the Plant & site personnel
- Support by performing and supporting administrative tasks as directed by the Site Manager and Regional Operations Manager
- Perform all required electrical & HV works
- Perform all reasonable requests as directed by management
- Update & utilisation of CMMS including issue/schedule work requests
- Review work permits and HSE compliances
- Shutdown and re-energisation of the power stations and substation (HV switching)
- Perform any intervention and/or corrective action
- Ensure safety remains the highest priority by promoting safety within the work group and ensuring no unsafe activities are permitted; preparation and submission of reports if required
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a reliable, safety-focused Electrical Tradesperson who can take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team. You should have:
- Unrestricted Class Electrical License (SA) (Required)
- High Voltage Switching Qualification (High desirable)
- Work safely in the construction industry Card (Required)
- Cert. IV Work Health & Safety (High desirable)
- Low Voltage Rescue Training (Required)
- CPR Training (Required)
- A valid Driver’s License
- Committed to safety and compliance with all WH&S; regulations
- Proactive with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
- A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
