Job Title:
Service Coordinator Individual Support- Bundaberg
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate services and support staff to ensure clients receive exceptional care.
* Build, review, and maintain effective service schedules in line with legislation and client needs.
* Act as the primary contact officer for an allocated cluster of clients.
* Provide responsive line management to Support Workers, including performance management, competency completion, and training oversight.
* Ensure clear communication between Support Workers, the Individual Support Team Leader, and the wider organisation.
* Deliver exceptional customer-centred service in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
* A relevant qualification or extensive experience in the aged care or community care sector.
* Demonstrated experience managing teams.
* Previous scheduling experience is desired.
* A current C or CA class driver's license (QLD).

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
* Sound computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite and corporate systems.
* High level of problem-solving skills.
* Substantial customer service proficiency.
