Key Responsibilities
* Be responsible for pro‑active management of agribusiness relationships, providing fully integrated corporate solutions and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management.
* Take on a portfolio of diverse makeup of medium to large family and corporate agricultural and post‑farm gate clients that provides a unique opportunity to manage complex enterprises and professional relationships.
* Use your business development and relationship management skills, to provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers.
* Ensure success through understanding our clients' unique businesses, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, utilising your strong commercial acumen, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
* Drive and tenacity.
* Experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis.
* Passion for relationship management.
* Highly experienced Agribusiness Manager or an individual with a significant agribusiness background and previous banking experience with the ability to pick up systems quickly.
