What your day will look like….
You'll be at the heart of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, guiding the delivery of therapeutic programs that truly make a difference in people's lives. Your day will involve coordinating care across diverse settings, supporting clinicians through supervision and mentoring, and applying your expertise to navigate complex clinical scenarios. You'll collaborate closely with consumers, carers, and colleagues to ensure care is compassionate, effective, and grounded in best practice. Alongside your clinical leadership, you'll contribute to service development, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the quality of care across the region.
