We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Product Specialist – AML/CTF to support the rollout and adoption of a market‐leading compliance and risk platform across the Real Estate, Legal, Conveyancing and Corporate sectors.
In this client‐facing, pre‐sales and enablement role, you will act as a subject matter expert on AML/CTF obligations under Tranche 2, guiding clients through regulatory change while helping them embed compliant, efficient workflows into daily operations.

What You'll Do
* Act as the AML/CTF subject matter expert for clients entering or adapting to Tranche 2 obligations
* Partner closely with Business Development Managers and Sales teams to support new and existing client opportunities
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops and education sessions
* Lead client onboarding, implementation and ongoing adoption of AML/CTF solutions
* Support complex sales conversations with compliance insight and workflow advice
* Identify growth opportunities through upsell and cross‐sell of compliance tools
* Build trusted, long‐term relationships with clients across the lifecycle
* Stay current on evolving AML/CTF legislation, AUSTRAC guidance and industry best practice
About You
* Full Australian working rights
* Experience in AML/CTF, compliance, onboarding, sales enablement or regulated environments
* Background in legal, conveyancing, real estate, financial services or prop‐tech is highly regarded
* Confident presenter with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly
* Commercially aware, with a consultative approach rather than hard selling
* Client‐focused, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable travelling to meet clients and deliver face‐to‐face demos when required
* Hybrid working model – 3 days office / 2 days from home
