The Position
The Administration Officer will provide efficient and professional administrative support across the Infrastructure Services Department.
The role focuses on delivering timely support, building strong working relationships with internal teams and other Council departments, and ensuring all communications with stakeholders are conducted with professionalism, integrity, and respect.
About You
You will bring a solid foundation of administrative skills and practical experience to the role. Ideally, you have completed Year 12 (or have equivalent knowledge gained through work experience) and have demonstrated administration experience within a medium to large organisation.
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs—Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe—and comfortable working across other business data platforms. With experience in financial data entry and systems such as procurement, accounting, or cost management, you have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
You are self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines. Your strong customer service skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and commitment to professional behaviours set you apart. A current C Class Driver's Licence is also required for this role.
