About the Role
In this position, the Enhanced Care Activities Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering person‑centred activities for older patients with cognitive impairment. Working within the Enhanced Care Program, the coordinator supports therapeutic engagement, emotional wellbeing, and social connection through structured and spontaneous activities tailored to individual needs and preferences, under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
