Ardi's Block to Grill is a well-established, premium neighbourhood butcher in Surry Hills, with a cosy dine in restaurant & takeaway food service. In a few months we'll be opening a second location as well.
Our ethos of paddock to plate requires an appreciation for details and quality of product. Customers can select their cut of meat from the butcher's block and take it home or have it cooked in house, served with an array of homemade sides. Some customers stop in for a glass of wine and charcuterie board before browsing the providore stocked with local and boutique products to accompany their premium cuts.
- The current Surry Hills position is fulltime. Days of the week, hours and remuneration will be negotiated with the right applicant, based on previous experience. Mature age applicants are welcome._
