We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who is genuinely interested in the spiritual and metaphysical space and excited to create content for a brand with a strong mission, distinctive voice, and growing online community.
About the role
This is a growth-focused social media role with a strong emphasis on Instagram content, short-form video, reels, storytelling, and organic audience growth.
You will help create consistent, engaging social media content across reels, carousels, posts, and stories. The role includes content ideation, trend research, weekly filming support, short-form video editing, content repurposing, scheduling preparation, and performance review.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, trend-aware, proactive, and confident taking content from idea to execution.
The primary focus of this role is audience growth across Instagram and TikTok, increasing reach, followers, visibility, and engagement through consistent, high-performing organic content.
Key responsibilities
* Research current social media trends, reel formats, hooks, audios, and content styles
* Develop weekly content ideas for reels, posts, carousels, and stories
* Prepare content plans and filming ideas ahead of weekly filming sessions
* Attend one in-person filming session each week on the Gold Coast for approx. 3 hours
* Capture reels, B-roll, story content, lifestyle footage, and promotional content
* Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar
* Create Instagram carousels and static posts
* Repurpose existing content from books, courses, videos, podcasts, and teachings
* Prepare daily Instagram content and stories
* Schedule approved content
* Review content performance and identify what is working
About you
* We're looking for someone who knows Instagram and TikTok inside out, especially reels, trends, hooks, pacing, and short-form video.
* You have strong experience creating social media content that is designed to grow reach, followers, visibility, and engagement. You know how to spot a trend early and turn it into content that feels clever, aligned, and brand-specific.
* You must have a minimum of 1-2 years of social media content creation experience.
* You understand the difference between content that simply looks nice and content that actually performs.
* You're confident shooting and editing clean, engaging short-form videos quickly using CapCut or similar, and you have a strong eye for visual detail, brand codes, tone, and language.
* You're proactive, creative, organised, and able to bring content ideas to the table without needing to be spoon-fed.
* Because this role sits inside a metaphysical education company, you'll need to be genuinely interested in spirituality, metaphysics, manifestation, healing, personal development, consciousness, intuition, channelling, or transformational work. You don't need to be an expert in what we teach, but you do need to understand the language and feel comfortable creating content in this space.
* We're not looking for someone who only wants to schedule posts or make pretty graphics. This is a growth-focused content role for someone who understands social media as a creative, strategic, and performance-driven channel.
