The Opportunity
We're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to step into a newly created role supporting a senior sales professional in a premium real-estate business. This is your chance to make a real impact, bringing structure, efficiency, and professionalism to a fast-paced, high-profile sales operation. You'll work closely with a dynamic individual and be an integral part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
The Responsibility
Your role will be varied and fast-paced, including:
Administrative Support: Manage calendar, calls, emails, documents, reports, and client databases/CRM.
Client Management: Act as first point of contact, manage buyer/vendor communications, coordinate inspections, appraisals, settlements, and ensure follow-ups.
Marketing & Listings: Prepare listing documentation, coordinate property prep, liaise with photographers, copywriters, and designers, manage marketing materials, online listings, advertising, and assist with social media.
Operational Support: Track property campaigns, offers, and negotiations; provide reporting; manage vendors and supplies; support open homes and client events.
The Expertise
We're looking for someone who is confident, assertive, and resilient. Ideal candidates will have:
Previous EA experience supporting senior professionals, preferably in real estate.
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Professionalism and the ability to manage high-net-worth clients with discretion and ease.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing positively to a small, dynamic team.
