The Role
As a Rural and Remote Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for short term nursing contracts across regional, rural, and remote locations nationwide.
This is a high tempo, relationship driven role where you will source, engage, and place nurses into contract roles while balancing multiple priorities and changing hospital demands. You\'ll own your portfolio, build strong pipelines, and consistently deliver bookings.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Running a true 360 recruitment desk focused on short term nursing contracts
* Proactively sourcing and engaging nurses through phone based recruitment
* Building trusted relationships with nurses who rely on you for income and career guidance
* Managing bookings efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience
* Being honest and consultative when preferences cannot be met, while offering alternatives
* Marketing facilities, locations, and opportunities with confidence
* Responding quickly to urgent client needs and shifting priorities
* Using internal systems to manage candidates, bookings, and compliance
* Driving repeat bookings and referrals through high service standards
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven experience in 360 recruitment, agency or in house
* Strong time management and ability to work at pace
* High attention to detail with excellent follow through
* Confident phone manner and strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Compassion, cultural awareness, and genuine care for candidate outcomes
* Self motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
* Solid computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
* Healthcare or nursing recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential.
